Advance |
|
| |
 |
|
| Classes start
by getting you familiar with the equipment and by skimming
on the ground. Flea jumps soon follow and this moves on
naturally to small jumps on a school slope, from there
to intermediary’s flights of a 100 metres and then move
to higher ones. The details of your own personal progression
are documented in the free fly passport, which
is
given to you at the beginning of the class |
|
| |
The school loop |
| The pilots will have
to get to know the environment, to familiarise themselves
with the launch cycle and learn to appreciate distances,
build an approach to landing and depending on the aerologic
conditions, make their own way in the air. |
|

|
| At last, to access
independence, the flyer will have to analyse the conditions
when making their launch, make the most of the thermals, make
some slope flights, land with a constructive approach. |
|
| Independence
? |
| It’s
the theoretical, technical and behavioural ability not
only to fly, launch, plan the flight and launch decisions
but do all of this with safety in mind. |

| The
PILOT CERTIFICATE : Comes in two sections, one theoretical
and the second one technical. We recommend our pilots attend
classes up to this level. The certificate to become a QUALIFIED
PARAGLIDER PILOT is obtained by attending classes of cross
in France and in other countries.
